I am researcher at CIBNOR in La Paz, B. C. S., México.

The main research interests in our research group Marine Biogenomics (Integrative Research for Marine Biodiversity Genomics) are focused on:

How organisms face climate change in marine ecosystems?
How biodiversity and connectivity between populations are maintained?
Understanding the mechanisms by which new species are generated

We use cutting-edge tools to understand the genetic and morphological expression, the reproductive strategies of the species, and their evolutionary relationships.
